We have been extremely busy lately working on the Yonex Canada Instructional DVD so the website has been extremely neglected over the past few months, however we are hoping to fix that by bringing on writers for BVM.

We are proud to announce that we have begun pre-production on an introductory badminton instructional DVD for Yonex Canada. Right now we aren’t releasing many details on the project except that we are shooting in HD, so the quality will be exceptionally better than a lot of the stuff we have produced in the past. We hope to begin filming sometime within the next 4-6 weeks. Stay tuned for more details regarding this exciting new project over the next few weeks.
Our second badminton DVD is now in stock. The DVDs arrived today and they look great. You can buy the DVD from our store, our if you prefer you can buy it on Amazon.com as well.
Our third badminton DVD, which is an exhibition event featuring Tony Gunawan, Howard Bach, Ardy Wiranata and others, is currently being edited, and should be ready for release soon. Stay tuned for more information on this DVD!
We recently added a store to the website where people can order both our Badminton Revolution Cup DVD and our new Badminton Video Magazine-North Carolina Tour DVD. The payments are processed using PayPal so they’re secure and you can pay with credit card OR your PayPal account, whichever you prefer. The Badminton Video Magazine-North Carolina Tour DVD is now available for pre-order, and should start shipping sometime during the first week of January. The prices on our store include shipping (for now, but that may change soon so act quickly) anywhere, and our DVDs are multi-region DVDs so they will work on DVD players anywhere.
Here is the other semi-final from the Revolution Cup. This is only the first game though, if you want to watch the whole badminton dvd you will have to buy it from us using PayPal or from Amazon.com.

Finally the BPF website is complete (well maybe there are a couple little things here and there we still need to work on, but it’s ready for mass promotion). Over the next few months we are really going to be promoting the website big time. Eventually we are going to have the top players on the forums, giving fans tips, and information on what it is like to be a pro badminton player. Also, keep checking back on the website because sometime this summer we are going to be making a major announcement.
We regret to announce the BVM will not be released. It appears as though someone else has come up with the same idea as us, unfortunately for us they have much better access and rights to IBF events which we cannot match. Whether they will release the show to North American markets has yet to be determined. Thanks to everyone who visited our site over the past few months. The following is information about the show:

The show will feature all of the major badminton events including the IBF World Championships, the European and Asian Championships, Thomas & Uber Cup, the All England Championships, Sudirman Cup as well as the major IBF World Grand Prix tournaments from around the World.”
This weekend we will be in Richmond B.C. visiting ClearTwo Badminton Center for their Christmas Invitational Tournament. We will be interviewing players, and getting footage for the second issue of the BVM. ClearTwo Badminton Center opened their doors December 2nd, with 12 international mat courts. The facility is awesome. We will be posting some clips of the tournament, and showcasing the facility over the weekend.
